PCD Cyber Security Services is a multi-generational, family owned and operated computer repair and Cyber Security business. Ken and Rachelle Watkins have lived in Waco most all their lives.

They have been a part and supported Waco's Small Business Community since the 70's starting with Rachelle's family's small business all the way to today and look forward to supporting it far into the future!

From the Owners.

We have lived in Waco most all our lives and have raised two wonderful boys here. One of which has taken over the family business to continue helping our local area. We feel very strongly in hometown community ties and family values.

We have combined computer experience totaling over 65 years. We started doing computer repair in Waco and surrounding areas in 1991 from our home office. We now have a drop off location at 7215 Bosque Blvd, just off Hwy 6, and continue to have our home office where we complete most repairs. We still offer onsite services, free pickup and delivery in the Waco area, and offer a wide range of remote assistance services around the world.

Ken received his Information Technology Degree from McLennan Community College. He is currently HP and Microsoft Certified. He has been working on computers personally and professionally since 1991. He also worked for Department of Public Safety assisting troopers and end users statewide with their issues remotely.

I, Rachelle, aka: The Computer Lady, have a background in business management and have been working on computers personally and professionally since 1985. Although I have had several jobs around the Waco area, I have always enjoyed working with my customers through PC Doctor the most. I love working with my friends and neighbors in our hometown.

Braden has attended school at Robinson most of his life. He recently completed a cyber security class and is working on his cyber security certifications. He is looking forward to adding these services to the family business and adding value to our customers. He will also be expanding the name of our company to PCD Cyber Security to include these new services.

At PCD Cyber we strive to stay ahead of the technical curve. We take pride in providing our customers with the latest and most economical technical solutions. We understand there's not a cookie-cutter approach to computer repair or network services. All our services are tailored to suit our customers individualized needs. Every once in a while we all tend to run across a business that totally surprises and delights you! P.C. Doctor in Waco is just one such business.

We had recently ordered a custom-made laptop from one of the major manufactures and in less than two months it totally and completely died. While the maker agreed to build another model to our specifications, we ran into another issue with retrieving our files and data off of the Optane H10/SSD.

We initially contacted five local companies and Rachelle Watkins, one of the co-owners of P.C. Doctor, was the first to respond; assuring us they could retrieve our personal/business files. In just a short couple of days, Rachelle advised us that not only were they able to recover our files, but they had also gotten the laptop back up and running!
