Brought a computer in that I thought was helpless and rachelle was very helpful. She started immediately working on my computer that was stuck on window7 and I couldn’t get it to update. Every once in a while we all tend to run across a business that totally surprises and delights you! P.C. Doctor in Waco is just one such business.

We had recently ordered a custom-made laptop from one of the major manufactures and in less than two months it totally and completely died. While the maker agreed to build another model to our specifications, we ran into another issue with retrieving our files and data off of the Optane H10/SSD.
